This Third Phase Chief design is available in a limited edition of 100 cashmere blankets and 300 quilted cotton coverlets. The blankets and quilts are sized to approximate the original blanket's dimensions, 56"x 72.5 ". Both the quilt and the blanket have a half-inch suede binding. The circa 1870-75 blanket that inspired this design is in the William Randolph Hearst Collection at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County and was illustrated in Navajo Textiles: The William Randolph Hearst Collection by Nancy J.
